Congratulations on your new role and welcome to the Altrad Services Team. We want you to know that you are joining a business which really values our people and their safety.

This is ED. He’s the symbol of everything that makes Altrad Services great. He embodies our values, our behaviours and promotes a culture of Beyond Zero. For us that goes beyond safety, in everything we do we should aim for excellence delivered daily. We won’t measure ourselves against failures, but will work towards achieving excellence all the time.

This guide sets out all the information you need to find out a little more about Altrad Services, our culture and our standards. ED will be your guide throughout this interactive induction handbook. This means that throughout the handbook you are able to click on various icons to find out more information about a certain topic.
